It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Chapman LaVigne of Hellertown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 23, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dudley Percy Chapman and Mildred Mary Bishop of Lake Ariel, PA.; her husband Raymond Clement LaVigne; her siblings, Jack Chapman and Lenore Edwards; and her stepgrandson Jared McDonald.
She is survived by: her son James Hutchins; her daughters-in-law, Lisa and Colleen; her stepsons, Raymond and Marcel LaVigne; her stepgrandsons, Jason and Dustin LaVigne; her great grandchild Luke McDonald; and her nieces and nephews, Deb Ott, Pat Palumbo, Gary Edwards and Randy Chapman.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations please be sent to Family Pillars Hospice at 3910 Adler Place, Bethlehem, PA 18017.
