He was predeceased by: his parents, John L. Armstrong and Mary E. Chapman Armstrong; and his sister Barbara B. Armstrong. He is survived by: his wife Jennifer L. Armstrong (Stuempfle); his children, John Paul Armstrong (Sonya) of Maineville, OH, Lucca A. Bilotti of Elkton, MD, Isabella S. Bilotti of Limerick, PA and Jean L. Armstrong of Wilmington, DE; his sister Claire Smith of Smyrna, GA; and his grandchildren, Abigail, Elliott and Luke.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Jack's name may be made to a charity of one's choice.
