He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Mascott and Grace Mascott (Burke); and his sisters, Maryann Harvey and Barbara Douglas. He is survived by: his wife Judith A. Mascott (DiFranza); his children, Michele A. Noonan (Ron) of Stroudsburg and Michael J.; his siblings, Thomas (Jennifer) of Columbia, MD, Sue Treida (Michael) and Jeanne Befano (Lou) of Hilton Head, SC; and his grandchildren, Ryan, Patrick, Madison, Joseph, Benjamin and Mya.
