He is survived by: his children, Lawrence Hovind (Lisa), Theresa Hovind and Thomas Hovind (Katelyn); his grandchildren, Lawson, Luke and John "Jack" Hovind; and his siblings, Barbara Thompson, Harvey "Rick" Hovind (Marge) and Doug Hovind (Sharon). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
