She is survived by: her children, Jane D. Civiletti (Thomas) of Oak Grove and Mark G. Kachmarsky; her siblings, Michael Evans (Shirley) of Wilkes-Barre and Nancy Navin of Enfield, Connecticut.; and her grandchildren, Adria Civiletti and Lauren Kachmarsky.
