He was predeceased by: his spouse Jean M. Urmy (Miller); his parents, Marvin E. Urmy and Edna A. Urmy (Moose); and his siblings, Lorraine Urmy, Evelyn Toepfer and William S. Urmy.
He is survived by: his children, Daryl G. Urmy (Cheryl A.) of Coopersburg, Gary L. Urmy of Boyertown, Bryan R. Urmy (Maureen P.) of Coopersburg and Gayle C. Wuesthoff (Andrew W.) of Virginia Beach, VA.. He is also survived by 2 granddaughters, 4 step-grandchildren, and 4 step-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, August 23rd 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, August 24th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Heintzelman Funeral Home-Hellertown (326 Main St, Hellertown, PA 18055). A funeral service was held on Monday, August 24th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the same location. A repast was held on Monday, August 24th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Carriage House (326 Main St, Hellertown, PA 18055). A burial was held on Monday, August 24th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Woodland Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Ralph's memory may be made to American Diabetes Association.
