It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rita Theresa Eckardt of Hellertown, Pennsylvania, born in Camden, New Jersey, who passed away on October 29, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Alleborn and Mary Alleborn (Walkowski); and her sister Kathleen Menichini. She is survived by: her husband George J. Eckardt; her daughters, Kelly E. Zawodny (Arthur T.) of Hellertown and Krista E. Walsh of Hellertown; her grandchildren, Alexandra, Aidan, Kieran, Adler and Ryleigh; and her pet Buddy.
