Welch of Hellertown; her fiancé Larry D. Brown of Hellertown; and her siblings, Wesley E. Newman (April) of Smithfield, VA, Michelle E. Lutz (Curt) of Ogallala, NE and Patrick Newman of Germany.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the New Jerusalem Evangelical Lutheran Church (3233 Apples Church Rd, Bethlehem, PA 18015). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
