He was predeceased by: his wife Diane S. Bartman (Youngkin); his parents, Lester Bartman and Hilda Bartman (Kohler); and his brother Ronald J. "Sam" Bartman. He is survived by: his children, Jessica M. Schmidt (Robert) of New Providence, NJ and Matthew T. Bartman (Erin) of West Chester, PA.; his sister-in-law Roberta A. Youngkin of Magnolia, NJ; and his grandchildren, Jonathan, Emily, Allison, Avery and Parker.
Visitation will be held on Monday, May 18th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM and at 11:15 AM. A funeral service will be held on Monday, May 18th 2026 at 10:30 AM and at 11:30 AM.
