He was predeceased by: his wife Mary E. Whitehead (Cecil); and his parents, Walter G. and Mary E. Whitehead (Funk). He is survived by: his children, David K. Whitehead and Patricia A. Whitehead-Woodley; his brother Thomas P. Whitehead (Carol); his grandchildren, Jennifer M. Musselman (Cory) and David L. Whitehead; and his great grandchild Riley Musselman.
