He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin C. Wagner and Agnes Wagner (Rankin). He is survived by: his wife Gloria J. (Bobby); his children, James E. Wagner, Jr. (Shannon) of Cresco, Robert J. Wagner (Janice) of Avoca, NE and Lori Wagner of Henryville; and his grandchildren, Rebecca Wagner of State College, Courtney Wagner of Lincoln, NE and Brett Wagner of Restin, VA..
