He is survived by: his wife Jessica Lynn Bartholomew (Boice); his daughters, Michelle Heil (Jeremy), Donna Bartholomew of James and Brittany Witwer (Corey); his grandchildren, Cassidy, Corrina, Taylor, Skye and Dalton; his great grandchild Cole; and his siblings, Rick (Deb), Frank (Karen), Billy (Linda), Susan (Wayne), Sandy (Tom), Donna (Al), Sharon (Mario), Linda, Cheryl (Mike), Jeff (Tami) and Grace (Joe). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
