She is survived by : her husband Herman Elwood Row; her sons, H. Ellsworth Row II (Shelley D.) of Sandston, VA and Rodney R. Row of Waipahu, HI; her grandchildren, Karson T. Row of Suffolk, VA, Helen E. Row of Richmond, VA, Gabrielle A. Row of Philadelphia, PA and Kaytlyn M. Newman (Jamison M.) of Harker Heights, Texas; and her great grandchildren, Griffin E. Newman and Colson A. Newman. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
