She was predeceased by: her parents, Alexander Belak and Anna Belak (Maruskovich); and her siblings, Charles, Michael, Alex, George, John Belak, Julie Defenderfer, Sophie Nocera, Nancy Eresh, Mary Zakutney, Evelyn Curry, Catherine "Kay" Monstrola and Anne Olesh.
She is survived by: her daughter Diane Judy of Hershey; her grandsons, Alfred Penick Jr., Shane Penick (Erin), Eric Penick (Megan) and Paul Judy; her great grandchildren, Avery and Ian Penick; and her sister Patricia Slifkey of Jeannette. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Joseph W. Nickels Funeral Home, Inc. (404 Sewickley Ave, Herminie, PA 15637).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Mary's Byzantine Church, 5 Second St., Herminie, PA 15637, in memory of Alice.
