He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank A. Kolesha and Jennie Kolesha (Hutter); his wife Janice J. Kolesha (Kusmierek); and his siblings, Wendy Williams, Kathleen "Kay" Hoadwonic and Bob Kolesha.
He is survived by: his children, Frank M. Kolesha (Diane) of North Huntingdon and Terri Feltes (John) of Herminie; his grandsons, Frank Kolesha (Alexa), Christian Kolesha (Courtney) and Adam Friez (Mark Hubbard); his great grandchild Maverick Kolesha; his siblings-in-law, Suzanne Kolesha and Robert Kusmierek (Lou Ann) of Belle Vernon; and his friend Alice O'Toole of Bethel Park. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
