She was predeceased by: her parents, John Kustra and Catherine Kustra (Podufaly); her husband George Karr; her siblings, Harry, Alex, John, Peter Kustra and Anna Kustra; and her siblings-in-law, Irene Kustra and Albert Lojas.

She is survived by: her children, Kathleen M. Hastings (Ron), Frank Karr (Sandy) of West Newton and Bill Karr (Cindy Lou) of Herminie; her grandchildren, Gregory Karr, James Hastings (Richele), Nicole Lorenzo (Angel), David DePaulo, Ryan Poth, Zach Poth (Allison) and Collin Poth (Tania); her great grandchildren, Skylar Hastings and Cali Lorenzo; her siblings, Michael Kustra of Irwin, Nicholas Kustra (Joanne) of Greensburg, Annie Lojas of Irwin and Helen Kustra of Herminie; and her sister-in-law Ruth Kustra of Madison. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and great-nieces and great-nephews.
