He was predeceased by: his parents, John Mazanek and Mary Mazanek (Olszewski); and his brother Ray Mazanek. He is survived by: his wife Irene Mazanek (Paczak); and his children, Lisa Schell (John), Mark Mazanek (Betty Anne), Greg Mazanek (Rose-Ann), Matt Mazanek (Kathy) and Melanie Klim (Wayne). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, May 17th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Church of Notre Dame (2325 Highland Rd, Hermitage, PA 16148). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, May 17th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations be directed to the Church of Notre Dame, 2325 Highland Rd., Hermitage, PA 16148.
