He was predeceased by: his father Lester L. Owens. He is survived by: his mother Barbara Jewell (Racey) of Tionesta, PA; and his siblings, Lester Owens, Robert E. Owens of Masury, OH and Leslie Ann Owens of Reedville, VA.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 9th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the J. Bradley McGonigle F. H. & Crematory, Inc. - Sharon (1090 E State St, Sharon, PA 16146). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, September 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
