With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara Lavin Coupland of Hermitage, Pennsylvania, born in Meadville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 23, 2024 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her husband Dr. John V. Coupland; her son Jeffery Coupland; her aunts, Betty and Shirley Manders; her stepfather Mike Hallas; and her sisters, Patti Scarnecchia, Leona Echnoz and Kathryn "Sue" Hallas-Wilkerson.
She is survived by : her daughters, Delin Hoffman (Mike) of Lady Lake, FL and Heather Kelley (Brian) of Hermitage, PA; her grandchildren, Amanda McLaurin (Ian), Wes Hoffman (Amy), Zackary Coupland (Ariel), Abby Coupland and Amber Kelley; and her great grandchildren, Colton, Jameson and Jackson. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to Club Pet, 20 Schaller Road, Transfer, PA 16154; or the Shenango Valley Animal Shelter, 2599 Broadway Road, Hermitage, PA 16148.
