He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Miller and Mary Miller; his wife Jacquelyn Miller; his daughter Cindy Annichenni; and his brothers, Cecil and Earl Miller.
He is survived by: his children, Laura Shetler (Ron) of Atlantic, PA, Kim Werner (Craig) of Lake Forest, IL and Jim Miller (Dennise Lindsay) of Hermitage. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; and nine great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions be directed to the Shenango Valley Animal Shelter, 2599 Broadway Rd., Hermitage, PA, 16148; or The Cranberry Area Food Pantry, P.O. Box 446 Seneca, PA 16346.
