She is survived by: her husband Kevin O'Neill; her daughters, Darcie Shaffer (Todd) of Hermitage and Kerri O'Neill of Hermitage; her granddaughters, Brodie Shaffer of Cary, NC and Marlie Shaffer of Hermitage; and her sister Janet Gassner (Martin) of Hermitage.
