He was predeceased by: his parents, Harrison Hoovler and June Hoovler (Fennell). He is survived by: his wife Deborah "Debbie" Hoovler (Ruth); his children, DeAnn Robich (Robert) and Douglas "DJ" Hoovler, Jr. (Amy); his sisters, Sandra Shacklock, Linda Kincaid (Chuck) of Clark, PA and Darlene Nagel (Bob) of New Wilmington, PA; and his grandchildren, Kylie, Ryan Robich and Seth Hoovler.
