He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward J. Patrick and Anna Mae Persch (McEachern); and his sister Colleen Patrick. He is survived by: his sister Diann Smonik of Greenville; and his nieces and nephews, Justin Gartner (Katelyn) of Mars, Chris Yevchak (Julie) of York, SC., Melanie Valenly (Ryan) of Greenville and Lisa Whitehair (Ken) of Hermitage.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Morefield Cemetery.
