With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Eleanor Kosiorek of Hermitage, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 23, 2025 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Dmochowski and Veronica Dmochowski; her husband John A. Kosiorek; and her siblings, Stella Biro, Myron and Edward Dmochowski.
She is survived by: her children, Marlene Porterfield (Russell) of Sharon and Bruce Kosiorek of Hermitage; her grandchildren, Russell Porterfield, Jr. (Elizabeth) of Darlington, PA and Veronica Porterfield (Tim Vesonder) of Charlotteville, VA; her great grandchildren, Daicey, David and Russell III; and her sister Irene Chovan of Sharon.
A memorial service was held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the In St. Rose Cemetery (779 Dutch Ln, Hermitage, PA 16148).
The family suggests memorial contributions be directed to St. Joseph's Church, 79 Case Ave., Sharon, PA 16146.
