It is with sadness that the passing of Francis Bornes of Hermitage, Pennsylvania is shared. Francis, born on October 12, 1943, passed away on September 24, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Bornes and Catherine Bornes (Bateman); and his brother George Bornes. He is survived by: his wife Jean Moore; his daughters, Kimberly Segarra (Sergio Segarra) of Miami, FL and Tiffany Bornes of Pittsburgh, PA; his stepgranddaughters, Kristen Segarra, Emily Barron (Jonathan) and Stephanie Haddix (Taylor); his great grandchildren, Olivia, Jensen, Sebastian and Sofia; his siblings, John Bornes (Marylin), Michael Bornes (MaryAnn) and Carolyn Jones; and his siblings-in-law, Barbara Pellis (Dominic), John Moore (Eva) and Betty Bornes. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Donaldson-Mohney Funeral Home (124 W Main St, Sharpsville, PA 16150). A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
