He was predeceased by: his father Nestor Cieslak; his stepfather Hank Norlin; and his brother Joseph Cieslak. He is survived by: his mother Betty R. Norlin (Traut); his wife Holly Cieslak (Shearer); his daughters, April Davis (Josh) of West Middlesex, Kelly Davis (Jimmy) of West Middlesex and Christine McFall (Jacob) of Hermitage; his grandsons, Leland McCarrell, Chase Davis and Blake Davis; and his siblings, Mark Cieslak and Cynthia Cieslak.
