He is survived by: his wife Joann McGarrity; his children, Lisa Sorg, Rhonda Tiliakos, Michelle Smith and Jack Mills, Jr.; and his sister Mary Waite. He is also survived by 13 Grandchildren, and 8 Great Grandchildren.
