She is survived by: her daughters, Kathy Belmonte of Tampa, FL, Kerry Ayars of Bensalem, PA and Amy Hemphill (Del) of Cheswick, PA; her grandchildren, Michael, Mark (Becky), Matthew Belmonte (Cherith) of Lutz, FL, Lindsay Brown (Morgan) of Bristol, PA, Casey of Pittsburgh, PA and Corey Hemphill of Pittsburgh, PA; and her great grandchildren, Leanna, Reagan, Daniel, Eddie, Anne Marie and Maddie Belmonte.
