He is survived by: his wife Susan Herndon (Tokarski); his children, Benjamin Lee Herndon (Felicia) of Hermitage, Brandon Andrew Herndon (Jodie) of Winter Garden, FL, Jordan Beau Herndon (Jessica) of Sharpsville, PA and Gabrielle Elizabeth Maak (Dustin) of Kinsman, OH; and his grandchildren, Jace, Cody Herndon, Joanna, Liam, Autumn Herndon, Elizabeth, Brooke Muller and John Henry Maak.
