He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Shaffer and Twila Shaffer (Frampton); and his wife Lori Ann Tomorie. He is survived by: his sons, Jacob Jeffrey Shaffer and Zachary Marc Shaffer; his siblings, Luann Gill, Stanley J. Shaffer (Bonnie) of Hermitage, Dave Shaffer (Pamela) of Hermitage and Matthew Shaffer (Gina) of Hermitage; his nephews, Benjamin, Joshua, Travis and Shawn; and his niece Sheila.
