He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse M Rankin and Marry E Goodman-Rankin; and his brother Lou. He is survived by: his significant other Barbara "Bobbie" Rankin; his children, Donna Misinay of West Middlesex and Robert Rankin of West Middlesex; his grandsons, Jeremiah "Dutchman" Davis of Maricopa, AZ and Mitchell Roy Davis of Sharon; his great grandchildren, Mitchell Jr. and Scarlett; and his brother James.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to a charity of choice in Jesse's name.
