He is survived by: his wife Shirley Hassel; his children, Jody Chlpka of Hermitage and Alan Chlpka (Michelle) of Hermitage; his grandchildren, Adam Chlpka, Kayli Howard (Anthony) and Sarah Chlpka; and his brother Joe Chlpka (Beverly) of Transfer.
