He was predeceased by: his parents, George Wansor and Jennie Wansor (Korab); his siblings, Margie Shebeck, Gloria Kettering, James Wansor and George "Sonny" Wansor; and his children-in-law, Tim Cornelious and Michelle Kiester.

He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Wansor (Burnett); and his sisters, Laura Porterfield (Jerry) and Sandy Newton (Bob).
