She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Price and Dorothy Jane Price (Ewing); her husband Walter E. Ulasz; and her brother William Price. She is survived by: her daughters, Stephanie Worona (Chris) of Hermitage, Jeanne Ulasz of Sharon, Elizabeth Ulasz (Daniel) of Masury, OH and Suzy Ulasz of Wheatland; her granddaughter Katelynn Worona; her close friend Larry Richey; her siblings, Ella Johnson (Jim) of Farrell and Raymond Price (Lori) of Brookfield, OH; and her brother-in-law David Ulasz (Fay) of Hermitage.
