She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Clements and Dorothy Clements (Finchum); her husband Melvin L. Mitchell; her sister Loraine Rogers; and her son-in-law Randy O'Neil.
She is survived by: her children, Kathleen O'Neil of Polk, PA, Melanie Wallace of Hermitage, Daniel Mitchell (Diane) of Hermitage and Bryan Mitchell of Hermitage. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren.
