She is survived by: her brother Don Sykes; her children, John L Sarvis Jr., Kathryn Sarvis Turcic, Donna G Sarvis and Deborah K Sarvis; and her grandchildren, Valerie Sarvis, Barbara Shirk, Kara Lacinski, Kimberly Good and John Scruci. She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
