She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Clay and Joan Marie Atwood (Brown); and her siblings, Michael Henry Atwood and Barbara Marie Atwood. She is survived by: her husband Walter Parker; her children, Michael Koncar (Spring), Joshua Koncar (Melissa), Calla Sieg (Michael) of West Middlesex and Kelsey Kellar (Dakota) of West Middlesex; her sister Beth; her grandsons, Caleb, Jacob Koncar, Benjamin and Lewis Kellar; and her niece Nicole Coller (Ryan).
Memorial contributions may be made in her name to the Wheatland American Legion, Post 432, 2 Cherry St., Wheatland, PA 16161.
