He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Cook and Hattie Melissa Baber Cook. He is survived by: his wife Janet Barry Cook; his children, Ellen Cook of Greenville, Nicole Wood (Steve) of Greenville, Melissa Francis (Paul) of Niles, OH and Daniel Cook (Liana) of Jamestown; his sisters, Joyce "Susie" Shrock (Melvin) of Greenville and Shirley Rizzo (John) of Oil City; and his sister-in-law Darlene of North Carolina. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 5 nieces and nephews.
