He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Yoest and Pauline Yoest; and his brother David Yoest. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Yoest; his children, Jason Battiato (Emily) of Michigan, Zachary Battiato of Hermitage and Jessica Battiato of Womelsdorf, PA; and his grandchildren, Ceaser and Julius.
