He was predeceased by: his parents, James P. Tobin and Catherine Tobin (Whalen); and his sister Patricia Harcar. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Tobin (Hritz); his children, Michael Tobin (Lisa) of Sharon and Kelly Weis (Craig) of Hermitage; his granddaughter Rochelle Tobin; and his stepgrandson Nathan Dillon.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the J. Bradley McGonigle Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. (1090 E State St, Sharon, PA 16146). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Church of Notre Dame (2325 Highland Rd, Hermitage, PA 16148).
