It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Winifred Jones-Tarr of Hermitage, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 29, 2025, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ronald Jones and Phyllis Jones (Edwards); her husband Donald K. Tarr Sr.; and her siblings, Martha Brown and Dana Tice.
She is survived by: her children, Carmella Carlson (Ed) of Greenville and DJ Tarr (Jenna) of Hermitage; her siblings, Charlene Creed of Hermitage, Rosalyn Smith (Chip) of Sharon, Melanie Hess of Hermitage and Ronald Jones (Karen) of Hubbard, OH.; and her nieces, Wendy, Paula Stoke and Tisha Brown. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild.
