He was predeceased by: his parents, Nelson "Pinky" Wetzel and Kathryn Wetzel (Heim). He is survived by: his wife Judy Wetzel (Trometter); his children, Jeff Wetzel (Teresa), Joel Wetzel (Gail) and Jill Lundy (Ian); his grandchildren, Alex Polillo (Travis), Maggie Huber (Evan), Brian Wetzel (Kira Leitzel), Ashley Wetzel, Maura Lundy (Nick Straub) and Addisyn Lundy; his great grandchild Charlie Polillo; and his brothers, Roger and Bruce Wetzel.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the New Life E. C. Church (337 Mandata Rd, Herndon, PA 17830). A memorial service was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
