She is survived by: her daughter Deborah Jones of Scottsville, KY; her brother Larry Derr of Shunk; her grandchildren, Joleen Levering (Nicki Sullivan) of Lexington, KY and Zachary Jones of Cave City, KY; her nieces, Sharon Kulp of Weirton, WV and Ann Marie Derr of Shunk; and her nephew Larry Derr Jr..
