He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles "Chap" Fisher and Vesta Boger Fisher; and his sister Barbara Tshudy. He is survived by: his wife Deborah (Raney); his children, C. Michael Fisher (Marlena), Kristina L. McDonald (Greg) and Stephen R. Fisher (Annie); his grandchildren, Charlie Z., Zachary and William Fisher; his children, Ellie, Dean, Amelia, Vivian McDonald, Franklin, Hudson and Charlie Fisher; his nieces, Boni Stoudt and Debi Tshudy; his aunt Arleen Landis; and his uncle Jay Fisher.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (4788 Union Deposit Rd, Harrisburg, PA 17111).
