He was predeceased by: his father Paul Hallman; his wife Dorothy Hallman (Copenhaver); and his siblings, Mary Hoerner, William Hallman, Paul Hallman, Jr., Harold Hallman and Wilbur Hallman.
He is survived by: his children, Steven C. Hallman, Lorraine Wise and Michael Hallman (Francine). He is also survived by grandchildren, seven; and great-grandchildren.
