He was predeceased by: his parents, Mark Swartz and Kathryn Swartz (Carpenter); his wife Joanne Swartz (Long) of April; his sister Janice Crowther; his brother-in-law George Crowther; and his in-laws, Eva, John Stover, Brittany Spaniel and Tucker.
He is survived by: his children, Lori Young (Glenn) and D. Scott Swartz; his grandchildren, Allyson Bell (Brian), Joshua (JT) and Young (Nicole); his great grandchildren, David, Reid and Eva; his sisters, Mary Lou Burian and Susan Musser; and his brother-in-law Stan Musser (Lois Arlene Armstrong). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
