He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul A. and Ruth A. Blatt (Gaul); and his sister Irene Blatt. He is survived by: his children, Thomas Blatt (Carol) of Dunkirk, Philip Blatt (Marcia) of Palmyra, Deborah Latta (Wayne) of Gilbertsville and Wayne Blatt of Womelsdorf. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; and twelve great grandchildren.
