He was predeceased by: his parents, Dominic DiVittore and Catherine DiVittore (Andrione); his wife Rose Pavone DiVittore; his daughter Kathryn Whary; and his brothers, Emilio, Fiore, Armando and Anthony DiVittore.
He is survived by: his children, Julianne Horrell (Adi), Lisa DiVittore (Mark Malachosky) and Steven DiVittore (Rose); his grandchildren, Jennifer Whary Maurer (Eric), Karen Patton McShane (Kara), Matthew E. DiVittore (Krista), Ashley Patton Dellasega (Joseph), Thomas DiVittore, Aaron DiVittore (Leslie), Emily DiVittore and John Paul DiVittore (Berlin); his great grandchildren, Eric, Kevin Maurer, Blaire Dellasega, Adeline Campbell, Desmond and Ignatius DiVittore; and his great great grandchildren, Vivian, Emilia and Evelyn Maurer.
