He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Howard Kinloch Sr. and Elizabeth Ann Kinloch; his wife Kay E. Kinloch (Erdman); and his stepson John K. Fox. He is survived by: his sister Patience Vanderbush of Franklin; his children, Charles "Dinny" Kinloch of Lebanon and Susan K. Neupauer (Jeff) of Southport; and his stepdaughters, Trudy K. Burgess (William) of San Antonio and Jan M. Zaccanini of Hershey. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
