She was predeceased by : her parents, Chin Martínez and Aida Rodriguez Martínez; and her husband José Ignacio Carrasco. She is survived by : her children, José I. Carrasco, Jr. of Hershey and Isabelcristina Carrasco-Martínez (José Enrique Martínez) of Rochester Hills, MI; her grandchildren, Hannah N. Carrasco, Carly C. Carrasco, Gabriella Carrasco-Martínez, Marcella Carrasco-Martínez and Gael Carrasco-Martínez; her brother Mayor Raúl L. Martínez; and her sister-in-law Angela C. Martínez of Hialeah, FL..

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Isabel's name to St. Joan of Arc Roman Catholic Church, 359 West Areba Avenue, Hershey, PA 17033.
